This year’s Centerpiece Home will bring a dazzling mix of luxury and hominess, as Fischer Homes showcases its Crestview American Heritage design, part of its Grand Estates Custom Collection. The impressive structure will be built entirely inside Exposition Hall at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
A two-story layout with a basement, the Crestview boasts nearly 3,000 square feet on the main floor and more than 1,400 on the second floor, for a total of 4,370 square feet. This includes four bedrooms and 3½ baths. The main floor features lavish entertaining spaces including a gourmet kitchen with a spacious island, a cozy hearth room and a soaring two-story family room with a massive fireplace and ceiling beams. The master suite is also on the first floor this year, and it includes its own floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, light-filled sitting area and a spa-like bath with an oversized shower, freestanding bathtub and dramatic vaulted ceiling. Upstairs includes spacious secondary bedrooms with large walk-in closets, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a loft providing additional flexible space for living and play.
Also, in a break from years past, the Crestview will include a heartwarming nursery with precious designs to melt every heart.
“The Crestview is bound to impress, but what we really wanted to project this year was a sense of coziness within grand spaces,” said Stephen Whaley, corporate marketing manager for Fischer Homes. “This is one Centerpiece Home that visitors will feel like they are right at home the minute they walk in the door.”
Once again, gorgeous interior designs for the Centerpiece Home will be supplied by Joy Perkins of TOB Design Firm, and Calvin Landscape of Indianapolis will create the eye-popping exterior landscape.
“Fischer Homes has outclassed themselves once again. The Crestview is really going to grab a lot of attention as this year’s Centerpiece Home,” Indianapolis Home Show Manager Laura Groninger said. “This year, Fischer Homes is building a unique concept incorporating the master bedroom on the first floor in an exciting modern farmhouse look and feel. It’s a first for the Home Show, and I know all our show visitors will be excited to see and experience this outstanding Centerpiece Home.”
Fischer Homes is now building in more than 30 locations across Indiana — Carmel, Geist, Fishers, McCordsville, Greenfield, Zionsville, Westfield, Noblesville, Brownsburg, Avon, Center Grove, Greenwood, and Franklin Township.
“The Centerpiece Home is not just about aspiration, but inspiration,” said Fischer Homes Indianapolis Market President Brad Kriner. “We want people to see what sort of dynamic living spaces are possible within this marketplace. Fischer Homes is bringing affordable luxury to Central Indiana.”
The Centerpiece Home is located in Exposition Hall at the 2018 Indianapolis Home Show.
